Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. If you use iCloud, it syncs privately through your own iCloud account so it's available across your devices. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I import birthdays from Contacts?
On the People screen, tap the add button and choose to import from Contacts. Giftly only reads the names and dates you select, and it all happens on your device.
Why didn't I get a reminder?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Giftly in the iOS Settings app (Settings → Notifications → Giftly), and that the event has a reminder turned on in the app.
